Maggie oversees SW Residential’s management accounts, payroll, and VAT. She is responsible for ensuring our financial records are ready for our external accountants to file with Companies House. With extensive experience spanning start-ups, public companies, and running her own business, Maggie brings a wealth of financial expertise to the team. While working for us Maggie has implemented and updated accounting systems across various software platforms, enhancing data accessibility for strategic decision-making. Having worked on audits with Deloitte and PWC, Maggie understands the importance of due diligence, compliance, and safeguarding the company from unnecessary costs and financial risks.
